Before you pay

Orders are paid in full at checkout. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our site.

Tuxedos and suits arrive within 14 days of payment. If you send measurements after paying, the 14 days start the day we receive them. Gowns are made to order. Allow at least two weeks after we receive your measurements. Order at least three weeks before your event. We review your date and selection before production. If we cannot meet your date, you may choose an alternative or a full refund.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Commissioned garments are made to your measurements, so we do not accept garment size exchanges or returns for a change of mind. If your tuxedo or suit does not match the measurements you sent, we remake it free. Manufacturing defects are covered the same way. Shoes have a separate size exchange policy.

If the style or size is unavailable, we email you within 3 business days with the available choices. You may switch or receive a full refund. Ask for a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer a refund for a change of mind.

If we cannot supply your selection or meet the shipping date we confirmed, we will contact you. You may accept an alternative or receive a full refund for the unshipped item to your original payment method. Store credit is never required.
