Production Time

Every Malik Alexander piece is custom-commissioned. Production begins after your measurements are verified through our Triple-Lock process. Production takes 10 to 14 business days from measurement approval.

Shipping

All pieces ship via insured express delivery across the United States. Shipping is included in your commission price. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your piece ships.

Delivery Timeline

From the moment you submit your measurements to delivery at your door is 2 to 3 weeks. We recommend commissioning at least 6 weeks before your event to allow time for any adjustments.

No Returns Policy

Because every piece is custom-made to your exact measurements, we do not accept returns. This is not a rental. This is a commissioned garment built specifically for you.

Fit Issues

In the rare event of a fit issue directly caused by our production process, we will work with you to resolve it. Text us immediately at 1.888.905.8659 and we will make it right.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
