Before production begins, our stylists review every measurement you provide. We flag anything unusual and confirm before cutting a single piece of fabric. Your measurements are the blueprint.
Manufacturing Defect Coverage
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect — a seam, a stitch, a construction error — we will make it right. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation and we handle it immediately.

Within 48 hours of receiving your garment, text a photo of the issue to 1-888-905-8659. Include your order number and a clear description. A stylist will respond within 24 hours with next steps. Issues reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
