Your measurements are reviewed before production. Because each commission is based on the information you approve, accurate measurements and timely questions matter.
Measurement Review
Before production begins, Mike reviews the required measurements you provide and follows up when information needs clarification.
Free Remake
Commissioned garments are made to your measurements, so we do not accept garment size exchanges or returns for a change of mind. If your tuxedo or suit does not match the measurements you sent, we remake it free. Manufacturing defects are covered the same way. Shoes have a separate size exchange policy.
Personal Guidance
Scheduled calls and email support are available to answer questions about measurement submission, sizing, availability, and timing.
What Is and Is Not Covered
Every piece is made from the measurements you send. We check them before cutting and contact you if anything looks off. If a measurement you sent was wrong, the free remake does not cover it.

Here Is What to Do
Email mike@malikalexander.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and a description of the problem. Mike will review your report and reply with next steps.
