Privacy Policy
Malik Alexander, a brand of Flat Planet Import LLC, uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, process commissions, and provide optional services such as virtual style previews.
Information We Collect: Name, email, phone number, shipping address, measurements, and payment information.
How We Use It: To process your commission, verify your measurements, ship your order, and communicate with you about your piece.
We Do Not Sell Your Data: Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
Analytics and Privacy Choices: Optional Google Analytics and TikTok measurement load only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed with the “Privacy choices” footer control. Service cookies used for verification and try-on access are separate and remain necessary when those features are used.
Optional Virtual Try-On: Photo previews are available to adults aged 18 and over using their own photos. Before generation, you confirm permission to send your photo to Kie and its image-generation provider. This creates an illustrative style preview; it does not measure your body or guarantee fit, exact garment details, or delivery.
Photo Processing and Retention: We resize your photo and remove embedded metadata before sending it for generation. We do not save the original photo in our application storage. Preview job records and result links are stored for seven days. Provider-hosted links may remain accessible to anyone you share them with. Kie states that media is retained for 14 days and logs for two months; upstream provider retention may differ. Immediate deletion from every provider is not guaranteed. See Kie’s privacy policy and retention information.
Verification and Preview Limits: We use your email to send a verification code, not to enroll you in marketing. Session and device cookies, hashed email and connection identifiers, and usage counters help enforce two complimentary attempts and prevent abuse. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and sessions after seven days. Hashed lifetime-use counters remain to enforce the offer. Contact us about access, deletion, or photo-processing questions.
