They — or you — book a 15-minute styling call with Mike. Bring the product name or link, event date, budget and fit questions.

Payment terms and your final price are confirmed before ordering.

Mike calls at your booked time to review your look, event date, budget and measurements.

Once measurements are approved, production begins. Your piece ships on the timeline confirmed for your order.

Men's tuxedos are priced at three tiers: The Foundation at $500, The Empire at $650, and The Throne at $800. What you see is what you pay.

Women's gowns range from $895 for The Legacy collection up to $2,200 and above for The Coronation collection.

Orders are paid in full at checkout. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our site.

You can order online and pay at checkout, or book a consultation first if you want help choosing.

Tuxedos and suits arrive within 14 days of payment. If you send measurements after paying, the 14 days start the day we receive them. Gowns are made to order. Allow at least two weeks after we receive your measurements. Order at least three weeks before your event. We review your date and selection before production. If we cannot meet your date, you may choose an alternative or a full refund.

Measurements are reviewed with you before production begins. We confirm chest, waist, and inseam for men; bust, waist, and hip for women.

If any measurement looks unusual our stylists will contact you directly before proceeding. We do not guess.

Every piece is made from the measurements you send. We check them before cutting and contact you if anything looks off. If a measurement you sent was wrong, the free remake does not cover it.

Trousers arrive unhemmed so the length can be set with your shoes on. Plan a quick hem with a local tailor.

Your stylist will review the current expected delivery window and delivery path during the measurement call.

If your event is approaching, contact us before ordering so we can determine whether a workable production and delivery path is available.

We track production milestones internally and will notify you if anything changes on the production timeline.

You will receive carrier tracking details when your piece ships.

Commissioned garments are made to your measurements, so we do not accept garment size exchanges or returns for a change of mind. If your tuxedo or suit does not match the measurements you sent, we remake it free. Manufacturing defects are covered the same way. Shoes have a separate size exchange policy.

Email mike@malikalexander.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and a description of the problem. Mike will review your report and reply with next steps.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
