Our atelier moves your piece to its dedicated production track. You receive progress updates at the cadence your tier includes.
Deliver
Your piece arrives via the shipping method your tier specifies. Overnight for Priority. White-glove courier for Concierge. Wear it like it was made for the night — because it was.

Can you guarantee delivery?
We confirm availability before we charge you. If we cannot deliver on time, we do not take the order. That is the honest answer and the only one we will give.
What if my measurements need adjustment?
Priority and Concierge orders include a virtual fitting before production starts. We confirm everything before a single cut is made.
What if it does not fit when it arrives?
Read our Fit Guarantee. We cover local alterations up to $150 or remake at our cost if there is a manufacturing issue.
Why is Concierge so much more expensive?
A dedicated master tailor working evenings and weekends, white-glove courier instead of a shipping label, and onsite alterations the day after delivery. Concierge is not faster — it is a different service entirely.
Are rush slots limited?
Yes. We cap rush capacity each week to protect every other order on the line. When the week's slots are full, we will tell you immediately and offer alternatives.
